Lions, Tigers, and Bears Bears Bears
I've been interested in creating a blog for a while now. I like the idea of creating an online, digital diary of sorts for anyone to read (I don't mind).
That said, when I began looking at blogging sites, I became overwhelmed and disoriented. WordPress felt too complex for what I needed. Write.as doesn't offer free accounts anymore. And I don't like how Medium limits who can view what I write. I needed something simple and fast.
And then I found Bear Blog. I don't remember how I found it, but it's perfect. It's got just what I need and nothing more. Pure and simple blogging.
So here I am. Attempting to write an introductory blog post. Hope I'm doing good.
This blog will mainly be a space for my personal thoughts about the world. There will be a particular focus on fiction writing and worldbuilding, too.
My goal is to write at least one blog post a month. Ideally, I'd write one a week. But if I get anywhere in the (admittedly wide) ballpark of 12 to 52, then I'm all good.
Let's say this is a New Year's goal.
